Hilltop Modern Transitional Style New Build

Mediterranean meets Modern in this Hilltop home.  Tumbled limestone on columns and entry wall.  Door and floors were stained a rich dark to medium brown color.  Natural stone was used throughout – limestone fireplace, natural granite countertops in new and refreshing colors (warm yet not orange or gold).  Unusual paint scheme in kitchen is warm and inviting, yet still modern.  Overall the entire home feels natural, bright and inviting – a modern timeless take on the 80’s and 90’s beige, gold and  tan; yet this feels current with a rich elegance and without the dated feeling.
