Santa Barbara style home. We selected all exterior and interior finishes and details. Spanish Colonial and Mission elements were incorporated with Oil rubbed Bronze lighting, plumbing and railing. Natural stone or terra cotta looking tiles were selected for there handcrafted old world feel. Countertops were granite or marble to go along with the Santa Barbara style. This home was purchased by Children’s Hospital to be raffled off. Interior decor was provided by another design firm.
